Other larger tutoring organizations such as TutorMe and Varsity Tutors have thousands of clients, and rotate their tutors so that you often have a different tutor from week to week. This makes it difficult to track the students’ individual progress and conform to their needs. At Preponderance, you can be sure that you will always have the same tutor that cares deeply for your success: me!

Sessions on websites such as Varsity Tutors can cost upwards of $75/hour, and in person sessions with some tutors can reach $100/hour, even for high-school level content. Here at Preponderance, I make sure to cater to the individual needs of the client with a low price of $40/hour. This decreased price comes with no downside, as the quality of the tutoring experience is often higher and more personalized than that of other more expensive services.
